Ah, the dreaded Apology Bag (WE CARE- so here is what remains of your letter after our machine ate it)... containing the remains of the envelope that once contained a DVD from Netflix. Fortunately, according to Netflix, they will not charge me for a DVD lost by the Postal Circus. :-(
