Aaaaa! My Eyes!!

Observed on a rather rotund gal crossing the street this morning on my way to get coffee- black sequined peasant skirt, purple and black horizontal striped tights, and black lace up ankle boots with 2 inch heel. I couldn't see what horror might be on top because she had a blue hooded sweatshirt on. Was it the Wicked Witch of Beaverton, Oregon? Hmmm...
