This makes me want to go veg! Vegetarianism/Veganism sure isn't what it used to be... I was raised vegetarian, and let me tell you, CAROB IS NOT CHOCOLATE. There were definitely not as many tasty meat alternatives available when I was a kid... case in point: vegetarian chili. When I was a kid, it was so nasty. I avoided it for years and years, but now, you can't even tell the difference (between the meat kind and the veg kind).
