Moving Up in the World

I've been in a recipe rut lately... so I got some sample recipes from savingdinner.com to try out. (The subscription isn't free, unfortunately, so I just printed the samples) Having a whole week's worth of dinners planned out is a new thing for me, but I must admit it has been nice to know what I'm making & have everything on hand, instead of staring at the cookbook for 20 minutes. Plus, I'm learning to make new things. Tonight was quiche (with spinach in it). I hate quiche, and I hate cooked spinach, but I made it anyway, AND I ATE IT. Actually, it wasn't too bad. Coralie actually ate a bite because she thought it was pizza, hehe...
