As much as I hate to medicate, and would just prefer to just take my herbs and vitamins when I'm sick... when I can't sleep I give in to the call of the NyQuil. Tonight is going to be one of those nights, I think.
My father-in-law observed today that Keelan grabs his crotch a lot. Well, he's 3... he doesn't yet know that this is socially unacceptable. Actually, a lot of grown men don't know that it's socially unacceptable either. ;-)

If it makes you feel better, all three of my younger brothers, grabbed their crotch around this age. It's even well documented in photos - their hands neatly folded in front of them...cupping themselves. LOL! I haven't paid much attention to Seth, but I'm sure he does it too...must be natural for boys of this age.
