What the... ?!

Proof that we're all going to hell in a handbasket, in the express lane...

I just read that somewhere in Ohio, police discovered 11 kids, aged 1 to 14, that were being kept in cages rigged with alarms. Some of the kids are disabled or autistic. The parents deny that they abused or neglected the children (these are adopted/foster kids).

Now, I don't know what ass-backwards planet these people came from, but normal parents don't usually keep their kids in cages. Although, sometimes normal parents are known to put a leash on their toddler... but there's a difference between keeping your tater tot out of the street and crating them like a dog.

Good grief, what the hell is wrong with people?!
